Spring getaway

Property was incredible. Blocks away from the beach. The house is very well appointed and has all amenities you’d hope for. We had some problems with the key codes, but it was minor. Hoping to make this a recurring trip!

Stunning Rosemary Beach property!

This home is beautiful inside and out! We cannot wait to book our next trip. It's very close to the shops, the beach and the best of the pools. The home is extremely comfortable for families with an open floor plan and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen and dining are both beautiful and we loved preparing and enjoying meals there during our stay. Totally recommend! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Great family vacation

We enjoyed a family vacation at this lovely rental. Excellent location and wonderful beach amenities. Main Street in Rosemary Beach is just a few blocks walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Tennis courts and pools are also nearby. Really an ideal location away from traffic and congestion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

The house was a wonderful location to the beach and town. My family enjoyed our stay! We did go through all if the travel shampoo very quickly and had to buy some. Getting all the sand out of our hair requires more shampoo :) it would be great it there was more provided as well as coffee filters, which we also had to go buy. Overall, great memories and great stay!

The property was exactly as it looks in the listing! The photos are incredibly accurate. The house is clean, thoughtfully decorated, and in the most perfect location. We loved the proximity to the beach (only steps) and the quick walk down to town or a bike to the tennis courts. We’ll certainly rent again!

Great Family Retreat

Almost Perfect

The house and its location was great. It accommodated 3 adult couples in the main house and 1 adult couple and baby in the carriage house. Kitchen was large and the main living area was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch at night. Close walk to main stores and restaurants. Only downfall was only two beach passes were given to us which made it tricky with four couples. No one would call us back about getting additional passes. Other then that everything was perfect. We would stay there again.

Beautiful and so convenient!

We absolutely loved this property. The house was stunning, they kitchen was actually stocked with decent cookware, the location to the beach and pool could not be beat and there were tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well! I would definitely rent this property again! My only small complaints (and I hesitate to even call them that) is 1. A 9am checkout is really early to have a place packed up and out the door. 2. The lock on the back door was very difficult. A keypad would have been preferred. Obviously neither of these were dealbreakers because the overall property was fabulous. I would definitely recommend

Rosemary Perfection!

We are frequent visitors to Rosemary Beach and we can say nothing but incredibly positive things about this house. The location is ideal. Sitting on the front porch watching a rainstorm or waving to the neighbors is a treat. Teens took over the carriage house and were in heaven. Beds comfy, plenty of towels, kitchen has a great set-up. Zero complaints! All around it’s a really wonderful house for a week in Rosemary! Also rented bikes from Good Peddles and Ryan was such a dream to work with +1 (850) 842-8421. Dropped them off at the house before we even checked in!

Lovely property and location

This home was a comfortable, roomy retreat for the three generations of my family that included an infant and a toddler. The separate carriage house was a convenient place for young ones to nap or retire early while monitored by their parents. House very well equipped and beds/furniture very comfortable. On check in, we found the house clean and cooled by the A/C, but wide open and unlocked. No keys in the lock box, but on a kitchen counter. Despite a maintenance person checking on the locks (he never communicated results of his inspection), we never were able to lock the back door from the outside when we left, even with a key. The key copies probably need to be remade as they were quite finicky in the locks and only one worked for the carriage house with some jiggling. Some hungry, disappointed people when we found out too late that the grill's propane ran out after 2 minutes of cooking. Long hold times or no answer for two calls to property manager. Manager very professional when finally contacted. Aside from these small, easily corrected inconveniences, we had a marvelous stay and would stay again.

Hard to Beat this Beach House!

From the time we walked into Sea La Vie, we knew it was going to be one of the best beach homes we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was outstanding with high end appliances. Bedrooms with ceiling fans, TV's and perfectly laid out bathrooms and decks, connected to 2 of the bedrooms was fantastic! Very short walks to main street, the pool and the beach walkover. A+ Sea La Vie!
