Three Bedroom Beachfront Condo at Pinnacle Port

This unit's location is one of the most desirable at Pinnacle Port, offering a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from all rooms and both balconies. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse unit on the 3rd floor of the tower building. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, the upstairs guest room has a queen bed and a daybed, the downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is a TV in the living room and in all the bedrooms.
Pinnacle Port charges a one time fee of $33.75 per vehicle for the duration of your stay.
Pinnacle Port is located on the western end of Bay County, in the enclosed community of Carillon Beach. There are shops and restaurants in Carillon, as well as right outside the gated community. Privacy and seclusion is our trademark; yet we're close to Pier Park and all the activities of Panama City Beach and only a couple of miles from the famous 30A.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Best condo on the Beach!

We loved our stay at Carol’s condo. It was the perfect setting for a family with 2 young kids and grandparents. Having the 3rd bedroom on the 1st floor was perfect for the grandparents to have their own space. The condo is one of the best locations in building A with incredible views of the beach. It was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay! Carol was a great host even texting us early on our check-in day to let us know the property was available a few hours earlier. We will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you Carol!

Baseball and the Beach

Our family was in PCB for baseball tournament and our stay was terrific. This unit has been remodeled and in terrific condition. Three large bedrooms and three full baths. The kitchen and all the furnishings are great. I would highly recommend it to any family.

We have found our new vacation home! We absolutely loved Pinnacle Port and the Carillon Community. The condo was the best I’ve ever experienced. Best beds best appliances and best beach spot! The pool with the covered section was PERFECT for my one year old grandson! I just cannot say enough about this great condo! Thanks, Carol, for being a fabulous host!

Can’t beat the view!

The view is definitely the best part of the condo. The main floor was great for our party of five, but the upstairs was a little tight. The place was clean on the surface, but it could stand a good deep cleaning and a bit of basic maintenance. Getting to the beach was super easy, but don’t bring bikes. There really isn’t any place to ride. Again, the views were unmatched, and we loved waking up to the sight of the ocean every day!!!

Great condo to stay in, we had stayed several times when our children were little in the same condo and are now bringing our grandchildren. They are saying they want to come back and stay in the same condo. Good location, and the view is great. Carol was responsive to any questions we had.

Renovated and incredible owner!
