Tropic Winds is just 2 miles from the famous Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex as well as close proximity to the 18 mile 30A bike trail. There are also numerous 18 hole golf courses near the complex. You also will find Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Gulf World Marine Park within 5 miles.

Come enjoy our 15th floor Tropic Winds condominium which is not your typical rental property. It is fully furnished with premium finishes and amenities. This unit is a perfect 2 bedroom floor plan with phenomenal views from a huge balcony that overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf.
