The outside is inviting. The rooms not clean. Dogs are allowed whether attended or unattended. The staff needs hospitality training. I was highly disappointed.

The desk clerk was extremely nice and had us checked in quick as could be. We have a lovely king room with a walk in shower which is great for seniors. I love not having carpet on the floor. Will check out their breakfast offering in the morning.

I booked the room and paid for it on my credit card and they took money off for the room plus a 100.00 now that does not want to give me my deposit back the invoice got the wrong card number but it was took off my card I don't know what kind of game thay are playing

The staff was very friendly. We never stayed at a Tru hotel previously, so didn’t know what to expect. There were no drawers in the room nor any other basics like glasses (even plastic) or a microwave. Breakfast was very basic and there was other food you could purchase for a price in the lobby. All the soaps, shampoo and lotion were in bottles on the wall. However, the body wash, hand soap and lotion were all empty. When we asked to get them refilled, only the body wash was. When I asked again for the hand soap and lotion to be refilled, the cleaning lady said they were locked in a closet and the manager had the only key and he/she was not at the hotel. When I called down to the front desk, the representative told me she would send a message to the manager to refill both the hand soap and lotion. She told me the manager had stepped away and should return in a few minutes. We left for the day and when we returned, the hand soap was refilled, but not the lotion. It was a very strange experience. We will not stay at a Tru hotel again.

The staff was top notch. The assistant GM, Sonya, was an absolute gem. Every staff member we encountered was attentive and truly went above and beyond to make our family feel at home and welcome. We LOVED the environment of the hotel and our family of six felt right at home and had so much fun!!
