Main bedroom has a King bed, attached bathroom with walk-in shower, and private balcony. 2nd bedroom has tiwn over twin bunks, full bed, and attached bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper in the living room. With so many beds almost no one has to share! All new fluffy linens will make sleeping a dream! Downstairs living floor has a 3rd full bathroom making room for everyone to get ready for the day's or night's activies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals. Full size washer and dryer in the unit.

Once you arrive, you won't want to leave Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach! The resort is so extensive with golf cart shuttles provided to take you where you would like. With half a mile of private beach, eleven pools, four hot tubs, and a fabulous free-form lagoon pool with waterfalls, you can lounge to your heart's content! Wander past the six reflecting pools to wind down your day. Beach service is available for a fee.
