Arcadia Condos is a wonderful place to stay! The accommodations are top-notch, and everything was great, except for the hot water. If you're planning to visit the city center, keep in mind it might take about 30 to 45 minutes due to traffic in Panama. Overall, though, I had a fantastic stayed and truly enjoyed my time.

The room was in good condition, however, one of the toilets was stopped and had to keep contacting the front desk to send maintenance to unstop. Getting in touch with the front desk from the room was difficult. The line was constantly busy. I had to physically go downstairs if I needed anything. Shampoo/Conditioner and soap wasn’t provided. I had to buy my own. Towels weren’t provided on a daily basis, luckily there was a washer/dryer in the unit so I washed them myself. In order to have the unit cleaned, you had to pay extra. The building was nice and parking was free. However, I would definitely recommend better customer support access. I’m sure there are better hotel options at a lower cost. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Pool was cold, so no one used it. Everyone was crowded in the jacuzzi. Also, the Saunas didn't have a co-ed option, so you can't enjoy it with a partner. But everything else was magnificent. Will definitely stay again!!

Overall stay was nice. Very convient and the views from the room was 10/10. Fell in love with the rooftop pool. Only thing i didnt like was there were no mirrors in the room, we had to use the hallway mirror. But would definitely stay here again

Arcadia was very well kept. Very modern, and very safe. To get into each condo, there is a security code required. Then there is the view, from our condo it was amazing. But besides all this, the star of the show was our concierge Karen Acevedo. Who went beyond the call of duty.

The facility was quiet, clean and had great amenities and views from all sides of the tower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Staying at the Arcadia contributed to a smooth and enjoyable trip. Highly recommend!
