After reading all the reviews on here, I was not expecting to enjoy my time at dreams. However, after staying here with my two children, we absolutely loved how accommodating they were, the grounds were nice. The room was OK however it was clean and had everything you needed. The food was good, to my surprise. I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews about the food Mind you my children are so picky when it comes to food. I had no issues with that. The pool area was nice. They would come out passing around food, entertainment with on point and the music. Overall wonderful stay and I would definitely come back.

This Hotel has false advertisement with the name. Instead of pretty beach, it should be named ugly beach. We were not even able to enjoy the beach. It was dirty and had warnings for animals in the water. The food was bad and limited. We paid for preferred service and it was the same service and food as the regular. customers. I would never recommend this hotel. Bad experience.

Only 1 bar tender at the pool made lines way to long. Everything in resprt was walking distance, that was great. Club was kind of hidden and not much diversity in music. French restaurant was great. Pool view amazing!!

We have stayed at other Dreams resorts. This dreams is run down, the food options were not that great. The staff were nice. The room was spacious. The restaurants require the men to wear long pants and shoes. Its a resort its the summer and we didnt pack pants or shoes only flip flops. They offer room service but it took over an hour and there were times it never showed up.

This is a really small all inclusive compared to the places weve been before. Nice location but not really near anything. If you want to sight see or explore local restaurants etc., there is nothing nearby. The dining options at this resort really need some work. The buffet is generally bad with limited options when its open. The other restaurants are OK, but be aware, some have dress code requirements that are not listed on the website. The hotel chain really needs to look at a new or much better Food/Beverage manager. Bars run out of drinks, primarily beer, early in the afternoon? The housekeeping staff work really hard and do a great job of keeping the rooms amd hallways really clean. I wouldn't stay here again, mostly because of the food options and lack thereof.
