Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. However, Front desk staff need to be flexible and hospitable. My 90yr old aunt traveled with me for a funeral. We arrived 25 minutes before checking and they refused us (strict rules/not allowed before 3:00pm) Even when I told them her age. Unbelievable!
