The room was in very poor condition, with a bad smell and walls full of dampness and mold, broken curtains, damaged and stained furniture, and a very limited breakfast with few staff attending. Pictures not accurate.

The room was clean at least but very run down. I attempted to open the window and the shade fell off. We paid for breakfast, but there wasn’t a lot of options. We ordered room service and it took awhile before the food arrived.

Never did the breakfast,staff was nice,A/C was great, area around hotel was dull as to going into El Carmen which is always lively, room should of had a an electric kettle and a pressing iron which was a hamper to cause we had to go to reception to borrow one otherwise it was not bad

El edredón y las almohadas sucias, se nota que no las cambian regularmente. Mal olor en el aire. Desayuno muy deficiente. Si hubiera algún supervisor o jefe en el hotel se daría cuenta que estos pequeños detalles descuidados hacen una gran diferencia en la experiencia del huésped. Este hotel pudiese estar mucho mejor, ojalá los dueños se enteren que lo están administrando pobremente.

Staff very nice, price is good loved that included breakfast. Location was great also. Hotel does need an upgrade. Rooms smell moldy or humid, floors felt oily and sticky in the room. Room walls need caring plaster just peels off by windows. Bathrooms are a little moldy. Breakfast was great but floors are dirty sticky and super slippery.

The floor looked clean, but they used a mop with dirty water, and the footprints were visible. That happens when you mop with dirty or used water. The mattress needs replacing; it has deep sags in certain areas.
