Stunning newly remodeled and furnished pet friendly four bedroom house near Callaway Bayou and Tyndall Air Force Base! 30 minutes to Mexico Beach/Panama City Beach! 2600 square feet house on a half an acre - this house has it all! Yard was recently leveled and seeded.

Four bedrooms, three with comfy king beds with premium bedding, one with a set of bunks (plus Smart TV - no cable) for the kids. Private office completely set up with two large desk mounted monitors to hook up to your laptop, plus keyboards, mouse, and printer complete with paper. House has internet speed of 1200 mbps! Two and a half baths - primary bedroom has two closets plus en suite bath (you'll fall in love with the two individual sink areas - no more fighting for bathroom counter space - and large newly tiled shower), main bathroom has tub/shower combo, half bath is in the hall near the living area.

Living room with 75 inch smart TV and limited cable channels, and plenty of seating for viewing/visiting. Gorgeous farmhouse dining room table for eight. Roomy kitchen with bar seating for two, lots of counter and cabinet space, and stocked with premium pots and pans, appliances (blender, coffee bar, electric tea kettle, toaster, crockpot), and tableware. Separate laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. Steamer provided instead of iron/board. Garage use and parking not permitted without prior approval. Pack and play plus high chair provided.

You'll want to wake up to our coffee bar! Ground and whole bean coffee provided (with grinder), along with sugar, stevia, flavorings, tea and hot chocolate. Electric tea kettle.

Our Florida room/game room is made for fun and relaxing! Heated/cooled (may be limited on hottest/coldest days) with a chaise big enough for two (I could read/nap there forever!). Ping pong table, dart board, and solid wood card table add to the fun (poker chips and cards provided). The Florida room leads to our new 700 square foot paver patio with gas fire pit and seating for eight, plus four lounge chairs. Brand new large capacity Weber grill with utensils provided. Fenced backyard for games (yard games coming soon).

Walk to Callaway Bayou (bayou is three houses away but closest access, including boat launch, is two miles/five minutes away). With prior approval we have room for your boat or jet skis. Six beach chairs and beach towels, beach umbrella, and cooler provided.

Pet friendly for up to two pre-approved dogs and $100 pet fee, per dog.

Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please watch your dog in the yard - I can't guarantee that there will not be a place for them to slide under the fence. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 7 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors!

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($45) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $3000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($3,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Early Check-in, if available: 1 hour $20, 2 hours $35, 3 hours $45, 4 hours $60. Less than 1 hour there is no charge, if available.
Late Check-out, if available: Noon check-out, $50.
