My first time in Panama ( stayed Mar8-12th) and I must say I picked not only a beautiful hotel but a hotel in the center of the city. I was surrounded by many shoppingvoptions as well as I saw quite a few food options. Because we had a driver/tour guide he recommended places within the city, so not around the hotel. So we ate at the restaurant 1night which was pretty good. I liked almost EVERYTHING about this hotel even the staff was great. My only small complaint is there wasn't microwaves in the room or a common area for microwave usage. The staff on two different occasions find a way to heat up items. Again a microwave would have been helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Twice is Nice!

This is my second stay within a week and still a hidden gem for the price in my opinion. The initial room i was given wasn't so great but the front desk made it right with allowing me to change rooms. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The staff are what make this hotel great, and the amenities are the cherry on top. My only issue was the indoor pool is missing tiles in spots on the bottom, but still worth a nice swim. Will be back!

One of my new favorites!

We booked this hotel off the strength of the reviews, and it did not disappoint! It has an upscale feel without the upscale price. The staff was excellent, our room(1903) was clean and spacious. The rainfall shower was strong with plenty of hot water which we loved. The view overlooking the city was an added plus. There is a bar and five restaurants for menu diversity. The gym is mid sized with a nice assortment of equipment. The indoor pool could use work,where there is tile missing in the bottom in places but still worth a swim. All in all, a solid hotel which gives alot for the price. Will definitely return!

No hot water at the location, food was alright. Very old and run down hotel. Not very good food. Would not stay again m, there was no hot water for most of my stay. Not worth the money I would go somewhere else. Stated 5 nights. Room was big and bed felt old and run down.

I really liked the high level of efficiency at check in and check out as well as the cleanliness. On the other hand, there could have been more towels and complimentary drinking water in the room
