I reserved a suite with a balcony, asked the front desk during check-in if it was a suite with balcony got to the room and it was not. My 2nd issue is i had the Do not disturb sign on the sign and they still went into the room, then had the nerves to take my personal towels that i brought from home and didn't leave any new towels, they also threw away my handbag strap that i had lefted on the bed. The Breakfast was good

The lobby is slow. They do not give you enough towels for the room, and they do not answer the phone for room service. YOu have to go to the lobby and order.My mom said she had bugs in her room and we were in a suite. I cannot verify that. The hotel service dis terrible, but the waiters are wonderful.

I am happy with my stay at the megapolis hotel. I was right across from megapolis mall which has all the stores and shopping experience needed. Everything was very close and the view was excellent. The breakfast was not so great but that’s just based on my personal preference. The staff was lovely and friendly.

The property was in good condition and ideal location and staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast could have been better and the internet was slow/spotty. The mall across the street didn’t have many stores still operating but the casino was great. Overall the property and stay were nice.
