My mom and I had a somewhat comfortable stay at the hotel, it was clean and the staff were all helpful and professional, the restaurant downstairs was a major convenience to us and it was close to great stores. However, on my last day there I got too comfortable and left my purse in the room to reheat my food at the restaurant I didn't realise until I was at the airport to buy stuff that my money was missing. My assumption is that the cleaning staff stole it, on another occassion we had a scare, late afternoon we came back and found our room was left open with all our stuff out in the open. Upon returning home we noticed a few of our items missing. Overall we had a good stay but ensure you secure your belongings.

I had to think long and hard before I gave my honest opinion on this hotel. Overall, the hotel has an average offering. Attention to details is lacking in ALL areas: The check-in process, it took 3 persons to check me in. The breakfast (buffet), I stayed there for 7 nights and was served powdered eggs and hot dogs 6 mornings repeatedly. Room service: Why was I finding stands of long hair on my pillowcases and seeing bottle caps under the bed on the first day of check-in and upon departure the bottle caps were still under the bed? (Which tells me that the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned when guest change. In terms of the location, the hotel is directly opposite a 24-hour grocery store which is perfect to go get your necessities. There is a casino next door as well for entertainment, the boardwalk is a 5 min walk from the hotel (must go at nights for an amazing view) and a police station is a block away. 👍 The roof deck experience was very questionable. From construction happening on the top floor, they could have blocked the windows so customers wouldn't have to see it. The pool didn't appear to be that sanitary as the water level was below the jets and there was a dark line around the top. Furthermore, seeing one of the general workers sweeping around the pool with a broom to move the water from the rainfall and seeing the water going in the pool was certainly not that inviting at all. On a positive note, the view from the rooftop is EXCELLENT at night.

The property is good with a good rate,my only issue is the breakfast option can be a bit wider,and also the language barrier makes communication with staff very different,I just feel as a hotel that welcome guest from all over should make English a priority especially at the front desk and in the restaurant for easy communication...with that being said some of the staff are extremely kind and patient with me and dmy group, just to note there's a 24hr store next door that sell everything you can possibly need...thanks much will definitely stay here again.

The building was dirty upon arrival not as seen in pictures the location was horrible very ghetto and has alot of trash in the streets we took more than 40 minutes to check in and once we got checked in we changed 5 rooms before eventually giving up and settling in one of the upgraded rooms because we found dirty sheets in some then another had dust and mold on the lamp shades, next day we had to change rooms again because the doors didn't lock which was very unsafe, one morning we looked out the window and saw 3 people having sex in the pool of the nearby hotel very disturbing especially if a child had looked out there, we were placed on the 8 floor with no Wi-Fi for the entire 10 day trip very disappointing because we couldn't keep in contact with the outside world, our room was placed next to the utility room and we heard all sorts of noises coming from the pump etc, the breakfast was a bit limited not much of a variety and only had artificial orange juice nothing else, they didn't have a bell boy to assist with the luggage on arrival or departure, only plus was that the house keeping was extremely excellent our house keeper was the best and also the front desk receptionist was very helpful and accommodating Enma and Indira.... I won't recommend this hotel unless they resolve all these issues paint and repair the entire building and not to forgetting the pool was horrible my daughter was disappointed with the condition, I give it 3 / 10

Multiple issues from day one. First room had 2 twin beds instead of a queen/king, 2nd room had roaches. The photos are NOT an accurate description and the area is desirable. Requested a refund over a week ago, and they have responded to expedia. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
