The hotel is a few mins away from the airport, quite affordable, however it's a bit far from the city centre, so if you only need a room to sleep before your next flight, then this place is perfect. They have free airport shuttle service which is convenient. Not ideal if you're intending to stay a few more days and explore the city. The room is ok, clean and comfortable. A bit noisy though at times as there is a karaoke room on the same floor where my husband and I are staying. They have a spa onsite too so I thought it would be nice to get a massage after a long haul flight, it has a bit of a weird vibe, the place smells like toilet cleaner rather than a spa smell, the masseuse is wearing high heels clippety clopping whilst she lead me to the massage room, the massage bed doesn't have a hole for the face, they have a normal pillow instead, so very uncomfortable, had the worst massage ever whilst listening to Careless Whisper by George Michael, such an odd choice for a spa music. I don't think I will be staying again, it's just not my kind of place.

I was very pleased with the speed of check in and check out. The employees were always smiling and greeting me. The food at the Porton restaurant is good. The room was clean and there was no musty smell.

The overall experience was o.k. The airport pickup & drop-off was very good. The rooms were decent, except the bathroom sink was leaking. I was able to tighten the connection underneath myself. Very unhappy about being pressured into an upgrade by clerk stating that there were step to our reserved room. Turns out that there was a ramp. The welcoming drink was a a joke - my wife & son didn't even drink it after having a sip.

Every time we fly out from Jakarta, we stay at FM7. It is highly convenient since the airport is litteraly 10 minutes away. The prices for the rooms are more than fair, we usually stay in the Junior Suite, more than spacious, luxurious and of course a huge bathroom with a hot tub. Dining is delicious, my wife and I love Rimba Durian, but if you're in the mood to eat out, Lembur Kuring is just across the street, they sell delicious Sundanese food.

The property is close to the airport, however the pictures vs. what you really get is not accurate. The beds were rock hard and you could feel the springs as you laid or slept on the bed. The AC in the room was leaking on to the tile floor making it slippery. The shower completely tide had no bath mat and was really slippery as well. We asked for a shower mat and it was supplied.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is very new and modern and beautiful. The service is outstanding. The swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge, steam room and sauna were so amazing to spend a couple hours relaxing. Meals were delicious. And the airport shuttle was so prompt, I was immediately contacted upon arrival at the airport. This hotel is very organized!I will definitely return.

Price was not bad for a hotel near the airport with complimentary transportation. However, the transportation was a bit time consuming, which involved waiting for other passengers, then a long walk to the T3 domestic terminal and then wait for pickup. In all, it took around 30min to get from T3 international exit to hotel check-in. Check-in was relatively quick and shuttle back to airport was also quick. Other things to note. The soundproofing was not good at the hotel, could hear people in the hallways and room next door. The temperature control was also not working well, the room remained very cold during the stay. Cleanliness could also be a bit better.
