A few things not working in room. No one on site to assist. Virtual check in only. Easy to get into room, but not great if you need anything dealt with. Room had some cute and modern updates. Did the trick for a quick stay. Clean and comfortable.

Good property and responsive staff. The wagons get cold at night. The heater is not effective in low (< 45F imo) temperatures. Look up the night temperature forecast before booking.

List of some of the issues we had NO hot water Bugs inside the room No hand soap My heater did not work Outside (parking lot) light not working very dangerous Shower head leaking Toilet leaking No grab bars No tub mat ( tub very slippery) When I address the issues this is the only thing they said Hi , Thank you for letting us know. I'm glad you were able to remove the spider. Regarding the water leaking from the toilet, there isn't maintenance available at the moment. If you'd like, there is a plunger in the guest closet that you can use to clear it. Unfortunately, the parking lot lights near the benches are not functioning at the moment

The room I got was one of the few located in the back of the building. I asked if I could change to a room in the parking lot but they said because I had booked online I couldn’t (even though there were many unbooked rooms) I had to park at the street to be even close to the room. I had to make multiple trips around the building to bring my stuff in and I didn’t like not being able to keep an eye on my vehicle during the night.
