We had a lovely stay and would consider returning. My Sister is also considering returning with her Daughter. The balcony was huge and it was very close to the restaurants and the Harbour. Some recommendations to make the stay even better would be to include a table and chairs at the other side of the patio where the sun is. Sofa was uncomfortable and it would be good to have a mop for the bathroom as the balcony gets dirty due to the traffic and makes the floors dirty once you have been outside.

Your instructions to get there was outdated as none of the shops mentioned existed. It was very easy to find free parking across the road from the property. Everything else was great.
