I cannot stress enough how awful this place was. Horrible directions to find it and wouldn’t answer phone to help. WiFi didn’t work. They said they would send someone right over so I waited over a hour and no one came. There were Cockroaches coming in from under the front door. But the worst part is that it’s over a dive bar where they BLAST music, scream and break glasses all night long. The bed was shaking and despite ear plugs it was unbearable. At 2:30 AM I was in tears from exhaustion, packed up and went to a different hotel. Paid for 3 nights for nothing and was told too bad- they can’t control outside noises. While this is true it 100% should be disclosed in the listing. All their properties are in the same area so if you want to sleep at all on your vaca, stay away from this company.

Right near the sea front, cheap apartment

The check in process needed to be more clearer, gave me no clear apartment number until a few emails waiting outside. Had everything you needed inside. Floor was dirty from previous tenants, cleaner tried hiding it with small table. However, the admin person (Anastasia) was a great in communication, about the issue.

The owners/property managers are extremely flexible and good at communication. Even when problems did arise, they readily communicated to find a solution and showed up to fix it if nothing else could be done. Location is prime, 2 minute walk from the beach and many cafes. The only note I would add is that the apartment is reached by a staircase which makes it a bit of a hassle to reach with luggages.
