Awesome place!

The team was attentive and available, did more than we asked - overall it was a great experience! Special callout to Geancarlos whose smile is infectious and his heart is always in the right place!

We loved our stay at the Paracas guest house! The host and her staff are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is very good. As foreigners visiting Paracas for the first time with the intention of spending the majority of our time there doing early morning activities and retiring early, this hotel was a perfect choice for us. Clean room, and this is a much quieter area of Paracas than downtown. The hotel feels very safe and warm, and the rooftop is a nice and cool place to spend an evening after picking up a few beers and snacks at the gas station down the street. We got a good quiet sleep both nights we stayed. There is a fan in the room that kept us cool. We knew when we rented the place that this would be a 5 minute walk from downtown, which was what we wanted. The only thing that we did not expect, totally out of the host's control, was that there is a lot of construction happening in Paracas and so there are not always paved roads or sidewalks on the walk between the hotel and downtown. We made the mistake of not getting a taxi from our drop off spot downtown to the hotel when we arrived, and despite the short distance it was difficult for us to get there. A cab between the hotel and downtown is 10 soles and well worth it when you have luggage. The host is happy to call one for you, and there are licenced cabs in Paracas you can easily book. I would definitely book here again!

The resort itself is amazing. The property is very beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens and the restaurant, bar and rooms are well appointed and very clean. The food and drinks are on the expensive side but very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff at the restaurants and pool/bar were beyond friendly and amazing. Loved them! The gentleman at check-in though did not provide much of a warm welcome. We had just driven from Lima and had an encounter with corrupt cops on the way there, so arrived to the resort a bit shaken up, and the person checking us in went straight into fees and costs without even asking asking us how we were doing, how were our travels etc.. not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Otherwise everything was great.

Nice little hotel in the center of Paracas tourist scene. It was clean and although the room was a bit small, the AC was nice, the bathroom was decent and the staff were friendly. Breakfast could have been better, but, overall nice stay— would stay again.
