Geo Panoramic Villa is a spacious and modern retreat set near Konnos Bay, offering panoramic sea views, a private swimming pool, a rooftop garden, a gym, and a dedicated games room. Located just minutes from one of the most scenic beaches in Cyprus and close to Cape Greco National Park, the villa is ideal for families or groups looking for comfort, privacy, and a mix of relaxation and outdoor adventure. The bright four bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across three levels. It features two fully equipped kitchens, inviting indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a games room equipped with billiards and darts for relaxed evenings at home. A small private gym is also available for guests who wish to stay active during their holiday. The rooftop terrace offers uninterrupted sea views and is the perfect spot for sunset drinks or quiet moments overlooking the Mediterranean.



Guests enjoy full and private access to the entire property, including the swimming pool, rooftop garden, gym, games room, and all terraces. Private on site parking is available, and the villa is reserved exclusively for you and your group.



The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac near Konnos Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The surrounding area is perfect for walking, cycling, and exploring nature, with Cape Greco’s trails and viewpoints close by. Protaras and Ayia Napa are both within a short drive, offering a wide choice of restaurants, beach bars, shops, and nightlife.



While there is no public transport directly outside the villa, car hire is recommended for exploring the area with ease. Free private parking is provided, and the drive from Larnaca Airport takes approximately forty five minutes. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.



Fresh towels, bed linens, toiletries, and a welcome kit are provided for your stay. Pool maintenance is carried out regularly to ensure everything remains in perfect condition. Quiet hours apply after 11 PM to respect the peaceful neighbourhood. Additional services such as daily cleaning or grocery delivery can be arranged in advance.



Guests are kindly asked to respect the villa and the surrounding neighbours. Parties or events are not permitted, smoking is not allowed indoors, and unregistered guests are not allowed without prior approval. Children must be supervised around the swimming pool at all times.
