Ground floor: living room (2 sofas), kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms including 1 adjoining (1 bed 160, 4 single beds, 1 baby bed), 1 shower room, 1 toilet. Electric heating (extra depending on the meter). Courtyard and enclosed grounds of approximately 4000 m². 2nd gîte on the property. Firewood (extra: €7 per basket). You are here in the heart of the AOC Chinon vineyard, 15 km from Azay-le-Rideau and 4 km from Crissay-sur-Manse, a village listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France. The Dovecote is the former main building of a fortified farmhouse with a dovecote and bread oven. It was built in the 16th century and has been tastefully restored. The charming property overlooks the countryside and enjoys exceptional peace and quiet. Close to the Chinon wine route.
