You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
A House close to the beach,with infinite view and quiet for families/friends
Stay with your friends or family family in this wonderful accommodation with lots of space for moments of joy. Enjoy the unlimited and unobstructed view of the Ionian Sea, in a wider area and an autonomous maisonette with a front yard. Peace, comfort, view and autonomy, ample and safe parking with all the amenities of a country house. With the beautiful and endless beach at 200 meters distance, without having to move your vehicle. With center, caffe, supermarket within 5 minutes walk.
My place is located on the hillside exactly 200 meters (3' walk) from the beach. A maisonette with ground floor and first floor, with unobstructed view of the Ionian Sea.
Ground floor:
On the ground floor there is a full kitchen, a wc and the living room (with sofa-bed double bed) TV, air conditioning, fireplace (for those who want an experience of peace and relaxation even in winter). Of course, outside there is a very large terrace with a view of the sea and in its continuation there is a yard with lawn and the famous Bougainvillea to color the space.
The comfort of space is characteristic of the property. Next to the house and at its main entrance there is a covered BBQ free for use by guests as well as an outdoor shower.
1 stFloor:
The 1st floor communicates with the ground floor by an internal staircase. There you will find two comfortable bedrooms, the main one with a king-size bed and the second one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have independent air conditioning (air contition). Of course with orientation and view to the sea. On a clear day you can admire the islands of Lefkada, the magnificent Paxos and Corfu on the horizon as well as a multitude of magnificent sunsets.
On the 1st floor there is the main bathroom with shower.
The estate:
The area around the house (approximately 1000 sqm) offers plenty of space for parking (up to 4 cars comfortably) and is filled with fruit trees (grapes, lemon trees, orange trees, pomegranate trees, fig trees, almond trees, plum trees and olive trees) from which you can safely taste when they bear fruit, we never use fertilizers and pesticides, it is our principle, we eat from them too. Sometimes there is also a vegetable garden, depending on the season from which we will also treat you to fresh and unadulterated vegetables.
In short, it is a home, in the "warm" sense of the term.
