Traveling throughout Europe, we chose this property based on the listing including washer and dryer amenities. They do not exist here. When we arrived we were told that we are not "paying washer and dryer amenities rates" by the rental company and all requests for compensation for the inconvenience were essentially laughed off with no recourse or effort to make it right. Don't stay here if you are searching for a washer and dryer because this listing is false advertising.
