Very nice 110 m² apartment with two bedrooms and one shower room on the 1st and second floor in the heart of the Marais in a charming condominium. High quality place where space will be a luxury.
The apartment consists of:
• A long corridor with windows overlooking the interior courtyard.
• A shower room with walk-in shower, sink in marble and hairdryer.
• Separate WC
• A TV lounge with sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, an HD TV, Bluetooth sound speaker, an internet connection. Window on street
• A first bedroom with 160 * 200 bed. Dressing room. Nightstand. Elegant decoration Window onto street and courtyard.
Upstairs reached by a staircase
• Second living room around the fireplace (non-functional) with armchair and sofa. Elegant decoration. Window onto street and courtyard.
• A dining area with table and chairs
