## Neighborhood

The apartment is located in the 16th district of Paris, known for its calm and tranquility. After a 5-minutes walk, you will get to the Seine and enjoy the Parc Rives de Seine, a new Parisian area designed for pedestrians and cyclists, that allows you to cross the city on foot. This walk will offer you a wonderful view on the Eiffel Tower. Very close to the Bois de Boulogne, the green lung of Paris, the 16th district, is also famous for its museums: the Marmottan-Monet Museum, the Palais de Tokyo and the Modern Art Museum are all part of this neighbourhood.

Ideally located 5 minutes away from the metro Line 9 (Jasmin station), you will be able to go quickly to the most famous places of Paris: Trocadéro, Pont d’Iéna, Champs Elysées, Galeries Lafayettes on Haussmann Boulevard, as well as the must-see popular areas such as Grands Boulevards, Place de la République or Nation.
