- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The location of this apartment is ideal for easily reaching the capital: the Marcel Sembat stop 10 mins walk away is on line 9 which will drop you off directly at the foot of the Trocadéro, the Champs-Elysées or the Palais Garnier. In about ten minutes, you will reach the Ile Saint-Germain park or the Boulogne-Billancourt swimming pool. The Parc des Princes and the Roland-Garros stadium are accessible in less than 30 mins on foot or by public transport. If you want to travel further, you will be on the right side of Paris to visit the national domain of Saint-Cloud or the Palace of Versailles.
