I am very understanding of the fact that sometimes things might go wrong and I tend to ignore certain things that other customers may not out of understanding for the difficulties that staff face in running a property. With all of that said, this hotel is among the worst I have ever stayed in. The lobby smelled terrible upon check in, something resembling rotten tuna, their entire check in system is incredibly confusing and difficult if you arrive at the wrong time, the bathroom was dirty, and the climate control was broken and smelled of mold. It was a generally unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I do not intend on returning.

Not modern at all. The air conditioning was not functioning correctly so the room was warm. Semen stains were on the walls. the room smelt like cigarette smoke. Overall the place needs refurbishment. Loud in the hotel, random people seemed to be lurking in the hallways.

Welcoming but tired

The hotel is a bit tired needs some tlc I'm the rooms and all around. Staff were welcoming and friendly the bathroom smelt on arrival so I had to open the window and buy some bleach to clean the surfaces 😟

Dont recomend if you want polite and leave early.

Staff was rude with my family because we didnt speek their language very well. And the day we left, we had a flight at 07:30am so we had to leave hotel at 05:00 and it was closed!! Nobody to open. We started screaming and nobody came. Nearly lost our flight.

Worse hotel experience ever!!!

Reservation was not in hotel system and payment as well..... I even couldn’t get inside the hotel because there was no one at the reception and system at the door didn’t recognise my booking number.
