Beautiful Bright Flat Near Jardin Des Plantes
Welcome to my home!
I welcome you to my 48 square metres flat in the heart of the 5th arrondissement of Paris, located on the 6th floor with a lift. It is ideally located close to the Panthéon and the Jardin des Plantes. You will be able to walk around the area and discover all of Paris!
Enjoy your stay! :)
## Logement
Located in Paris, the accommodation is bright and is composed of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (the 2 travelers sleep in the double bed), 1 bathroom and a nice lounge area with a TV. The accommodation has a BALCON which will be very appreciated in summer!
You will have everything you need for an excellent stay: Coffee machine, Elevator, Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine and Dryer.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
The area offers immediate proximity to the Pantheon (7 minutes on foot), the Jardin des Plantes (5 minutes on foot) and Notre-Dame Cathedral (15 minutes on foot).
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favourites with you!
A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveller.
## Emplacement
The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very dynamic, and includes, of course, the Latin neighbourhood, and a very important student population, but also the Panthéon and its Soufflot street, one of the most chic and expensive streets of Paris, as well as vestiges Gallo-Roman which make of the whole an extremely tourist sector.
The famous Latin Quarter is a student district, very lively, among the oldest in Paris. Its name certainly derives from the fact that, in the university sector, instruction was given in Latin.
## Transports
Metro/Bus:
Line 7 (Monge station): 1 min walk.
Lines 7 and 10 (Jussieu station): 6 min walk.
From Paris Charles de Gaulle airport: 1 hour by metro/RER.
From Gare de Lyon station: 20 min by metro.
From Gare d'Austerlitz station: 10 min by metro (direct line).
