This is a two story apartment in the St Germain neighborhood close to the Metro. Overall, it suited our needs and was able to accomodate our entire group (3 adults, 2 seniors, and 2 kids). This unit appears to be several smaller units that can either be rented individually, as each suite had its own cooktop and refrigerator. For folks coming from the US, here are some things to keep in mind:1. This apartment is typical by Paris standards. It's on the 3rd and 4th floor of an apartment building - meaning you are climbing very narrow stairs. No elevator. 2. Some of the doorways, hallways and stairs within the flat are narrow and irregular. Not always well marked. Definitely not ADA compliant by US standards, but when in Rome....my in-laws had to be very careful when navigating door thresholds and stairs to ensure they didn't trip. 3. Bathrooms had good water pressure and temperature, but they are SMALL. For those with long legs, your knees will bump up to the wall when sitting on some of the toilets. 4. There were A/C units placed strategically in key areas. We did not need them during our stay, but visitors later in the summer will be very grateful for them. 5. Beds were very comfortable. The owners invested in good quality bedding and it was much appreciated. 6. Kitchen appeared to have been remodeled recently and was well stocked.7. Good sized living room to hang out; comfortable sofa.7. Communication prior to our arrival was very good.8. Check in was easy
