31m2 apartment, located on the 1st floor without elevator which includes:

- 1 living room with queen size double bed and 1 double sofa bed, 140cm TV, Wifi
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine) with table and chairs for 4 people
- 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by professional agents

Guest Access:
Visitors have access to the entire flat.

This apartment is located in the center of Paris near rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, very shopping and lively streets, known for their many cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is located near the Grands Boulevards

It is 900 meters from the Grevin Museum and 1.6 km from Galeries Lafayette and 1.5 km from Place de l'Opera.

You will find the Museum of Arts and Crafts just 450m away.

You have many theaters near the apartment:

- Gymnasium Theater at 350m

You are also 450m from the Grand Rex, one of the most beautiful cinemas in the capital.

For a more cultural visit, you will find rue de Richelieu the National Library of France which houses prestigious and exceptional collections. But also a visit to the famous Pompidou Center, recognizable by its exterior stairs and its enormous colored pipes.
