A stately two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Paris, boasting elaborate ceiling moldings, wood-paneled walls and wooden herringbone flooring throughout.
ENTRY HALL
Upon entering the apartment is a large entry hall with framed nautical paintings on the white wood-panelled walls, contrasting against the dark wooden pieces of furniture.
Taking a left from the hallway, there is a guest toilet and a separate utilities room with a sink, a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and the boiler.
LIVING/ DINING
Taking a right through the ceremonial double doors, is the open-plan living and dining area. The dining table, with six contemporary dining chairs, is positioned by the two, large floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a two-seater sofa, a small study desk with two chairs and a small Perspex side table by a floor-lamp. Directly opposite, is a television stand with a large flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN
The fully-equipped kitchen is separate and accessible through both doors in the living room.
There is a small square table, a couple of chairs and a baby high-chair around it, by the large window, creating an intimate casual dining area. Some of the equipment includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is plenty of storage space in the form of kitchen cabinets, in-built shelving a pantry shelving unit.
RECEPTION ROOM
This sumptuous room is a combination if iconic character and elegance with practical luxury. It boasts three floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of seating space with a contemporary quilted leather sofa, a suede two-seater sofa, two fabric armchairs and two occasional chairs around a coffee table. There is a guilt- framed mirror on each side of the room, one directly above an equally ornate fireplace. Additionally, there is a small table and two matching chairs and an ornate Japanese screen in the corner, as a decorative feature.

Straight ahead from the hallway and through the door, this room features a bath tub and wash basin.
