Located in Bry sur Marne, 15 minutes from Paris and Disneyland Paris.
This beautiful little house 1900, completely renovated, is ideally placed facing the Marne and south. A total change of scenery 20 km from the center of Paris.
Ideal to unwind in love or family.

The house is simply furnished but comfortably.
It has a practical and fully equipped kitchen, open to a dining area with TV.
In the morning, you can enjoy the bar for a coffee.
A warm lounge overlooking the garden and the Marne makes you want to relax. Books, board games, television, Hifi, internet (fiber)
Wifi, are at your disposal. It has a sofa bed.
Bathroom with bath, separate WC.

On the first floor, you will discover an attic room that allows sleeping very comfortably 4 people (2 beds 2 places, 1 bed 1 place).
A baby cot can be made available.

Beautiful stay by the River

The place was as advertised, right on the river in a beautiful small town outside of Paris. We loved the location and really enjoyed walking along the river. It was a short train ride into the city and an easy connection to get to the CDG airport. The place itself was quaint and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. The reason this is only a 4 star is that the host was not very accommodating once we arrived. For instance, I requested directions to the property from the airport and was told to take an Uber (you can take the RER trains too, they're actually really convenient and cheap).

Quaint little house in a beautiful neighborhood. Valerie was easy to reach when needed.

We stayed a week in this quaint little house. Simple and pleasant accommodations. Great walking area to enjoy the river or to restaurants, shops and the open market.

Un nid charmant

Belle petite maison en face de la Marne, très charmante et bien équippée. Parfaite pour deux personnes, peut-être trop serrée pour plus que ça. Quartier calme et très pittoresque avec beaucoup de grandes maisons et peu de blocs d'appartements. Située sur un chemin pour des piétons et cyclistes (autos y sont autorisés mais ils y circulent très peu) qui est beaucoup utilisé, mais qui donne une atmosphère très agréable et vivante. Il y a un jardin privé derrière la maison avec une table picnic. La maison n'est pas loin du centre du village (10 minutes à pied) où vous avez tout: la poste, Franprix, pharmacie, banque, boulangeries. La gare est un peu plus loin: 20 minutes à pied pour arriver au RER A, une ligne express qui vous ammène au centre de Paris (Chatêlet Les Halles) dans un quart d'heure. Valérie nous a chaleureusement acceuillit en arrivant, et elle a étée disponible et vite à répondre aux questions pendant notre séjour. La maison était très propre, avec des fenêtres neuves, une machine à lessive, une machine à vaiselle, et un climatiseur. La seule considération c'est que les lits se trouvent dans l'ancien grenier (complètement renouvelé), et l'escalier pour y monter est plutôt raide et étroit. Mais vraiment, c'est un nid parfait pour des vacances tranquilles!

Charming little house by the river

Nice, quiet area by the river Marne, conveniently located between Paris City and Disneyland. Well equipped, nice with garden, some refurbishments would increase the experience further. Fríendly host.

Maison petite par sa taille mais grande par son charme. Bien équipée. Proche de Paris et de l'école des Ponts ParisTech. Au calme, située dans une ville commerçante et agréable. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire.
