For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Fan, Fireplace, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is located at the foot of the Pereire Levallois subway station.
You'll find a "MONOPRIX" supermarket 400 m from the building for your everyday needs.

The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris. Paradoxically, it's considered the most bourgeois arrondissement in Paris. It offers an excellent quality of life in terms of safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has excellent transport links and is only a few minutes from all amenities.
The Wagram-Ternes district, however, is much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the northeast side, you'll find the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old France and bobos.
