Charming studio with its completely new bathroom (February 2023), extremely well located in the heart of Paris, just a few steps from rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, one of the trendiest streets in Paris thanks to its many Comedy Club, theaters or lively bars.
Decorated with taste, this apartment will make you live a very pleasant trip to the heart of Parisian life.

20m2 apartment, on the 1st floor without elevator which includes:
- 1 double bed (140cm)
- 1 dining area TV, Wifi
- living room with sofa
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.
This apartment is located in the center of Paris near rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, very busy shopping streets, known for their many cafes and restaurants.
