This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The area is extremely sketchy. They claim to have airport transportation, but it’s really just a city bus. The room was extremely dirty and unkept and I’ve never felt so unsafe in a room before. Also, the air conditioning would not work so it stayed extremely hot. The shower and shower head were full of mold and mildew. I guess you get what you pay for.

Had an incident where a staff member walked into my suite. When the noticed I was inside, they had stepped outside and kept knocking on the door until I got up and answered it. Similar incident happened 3 other times, where they kept knocking and waking me up. There is a sign on the bathroom door saying that they will only clean and replace items at request. Obviously this is not the case.

It was cold and the heater was not working properly. The shuttle bus was a joke. It was cold & we had to walk about 2/3 minutes and cross a busy street with all of our bags & wait in at a corner for the shuttle to pick us up. We are an older couple & we were not going to walk with all of our bags. We ordered a taxi. They didn’t have hand or face towels. No toiletries or hair dryer. VERY DISAPPOINTED. We will NEVER stay there again.

Worst hotel stay in years.

Rude staff and shotty accommodations. No access to the property, I had to climb through a hold in the fence to get onto the property.
