2-room apartment of 33 m2 renovated with separate kitchen area open to the living room on the 3rd floor of a building ideally located at the foot of the RER C train which takes you in 3 minutes to the National Library (Bercy district), 6 minutes to Gare d'Austerlitz and 10 minutes to the heart of Paris (Saint-Michel-Notre Dame, Latin Quarter).
The spacious bedroom with a double bed and large screen TV can also accommodate a young child (cot "umbrella").
The living-dining room is transformed into a bedroom by simply opening the convertible sofa (rapido express) which will provide you with quality bedding.
Vélib station nearby, shopping center, cinema and grandes écoles.

Coffee, tea and small basic ingredients for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper ...).

The whole apartment is accessible (entrance, living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) except for a small shed in which I store my personal belongings.

In order to offer you the best rate, cleaning is not included. So it's up to you to leave the apartment clean when you leave. Otherwise, or if you prefer to save yourself the chore of cleaning I can offer you a cleaning package for 40 € (excluding dishes).
