The Space:
Welcome to this charming 45 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, perfectly situated on Rue de la Clef in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed, all with quality mattresses. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: compact fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat is heated throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with Airbnb's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Property access
Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
Rue de la Clef is tucked into the quieter eastern reaches of the 5th arrondissement, a neighbourhood of broad boulevards, neighbourhood bakeries and relaxed café terraces that feels genuinely local and unhurried. The immediate area is bordered by the Jardin des Plantes to the east, one of the oldest botanical gardens in the world, and the Grande Mosquée de Paris to the south, whose beautiful Moorish courtyard and tearoom are among the loveliest hidden spots in the city. The lively Rue Mouffetard market street is within easy walking distance.
The Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle and its great galleries are just steps away, and the Musée de Cluny, Notre-Dame and the heart of the Latin Quarter are all within a comfortable stroll to the west. The Arènes de Lutèce, one of Paris's best-kept secrets, is close by. The Métro at Censier Daubenton and Jussieu connects you quickly to the rest of the city.
