You will be located in the 19th Arrondissement, close to les Buttes Chaumont.

- 1st bedroom: Master suite with 1 double bed, wardrobe, large windows for perfect brightness, private bathroom with italian style shower, tower dryer rac, toilet.
- two small offices plus bathroom dedicated to the 2 last bedrooms : Bath, shower cubicle, tower dryer rack, separate toilet.
=>Second Floor :
- Two bedrooms with double bed
Access to the second floor via 2 separate stairs on the top floor of the house.

Please note that shoes aren't allowed at first floor of the apartment.

## Guest access
You will cross a courtyard to access the house , you'll arrive in front of a glass door giving access to a small garden at the entrance.
You will be given one set of keys on your arrival.

IMPORTANT: check in is between 4pm and 8pm, check out is by 11am latest.
