I reached to expedia to reduce the number of days for my trip, which has unfortunately not been resolved despite assurances from both Expedia and the hotel.
Here’s a summary of what has transpired:
Initial Promise: I was informed by Expedia four days prior to my arrival that the adjustment could be made and a credit would be issued.
Current Status: Upon arrival, I was told the hotel is waiting on Expedia, and Expedia is waiting on the hotel. Now, I am being informed that no credit will be issued.
This miscommunication and lack of resolution are disappointing, especially after being promised otherwise.
as of today, no credit has been issued and I have been informed the case is closed due to the hotel.
