All the staffs are very friendly, the night shift staff Usman was very personable and easy to talk to- made our stay even more enjoyable. The early check in wasn’t available as the rooms were fully booked the night before our check in but we were able to stay in the lobby and also the spa option was a good plus point to have. I had a ton of questions before coming to Paris, the communication with hotel was excellent - quick to response and very helpful. Perfect location to stay in.

We loved this hotel. The spa pool was a godsend for these hot days. The room was very cozy and well-decorated, and we loved the view from the balcony. A lovely touch was the cake and refreshments that welcomed us when we got back from exploring. The hotel couldn’t be better situated, with easy access to the metro. Will be back!

Transportation and environment were good. Nice decor and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and meticulous layout on most days when the main chef was on duty. The daily housekeeping in-room service could be improved though. Items (towels, slippers etc.) taken away should be replaced.
