The apartment is fantastic and very much as described. The balcony sitting area with a view of the Eiffel Tower was very special. The neighborhood is very fun and easy to get around to pretty much anywhere quickly. The apartment was very clean and nice and the host was extremely nice and helpful; would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a fantastic location with plenty of dining and shopping. The rooms were clean and had good A/C units to keep us cool. Communication with the host was easy. The view from the terrace was amazing as well.

Perfect location

The location was perfect! We loved the charm of the flat. It was well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The stairs were a challenge but worth the view at the top with the terrace. Owners were very responsive and even let us check in early on our arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Paris Paradise!

Arthur was an incredible host with great recommendations and expert communication. The home: well kept. Welcoming. Incredible views.The location: neighborhood was perfect. Can walk to local metro and connect anywhere quickly. Never really have to leave though as the street it’s on has everything you need!Our party: 2x 36year olds, 1x 62year old, 2x 10year olds. The older and younger of our crew did fine, but they had to work a little harder at first to manage the stairs to the home. Once we walked for a couple days, we all were in better shape for it.

Quiet convenient Paris

Paris requires mobility, so you will appreciate this 5th floor apartment and unique views which are worth the stair climb. Space is ideal for 3-4, but tight for more. The apartment has a charm and character derived from its history and age. The owners are extremely helpful and responsive.

We loved this super charming rooftop lil yacht cottage overlooking Paris. This apartment is well designed and maintained with the most lovely garden rooftop view of the city. Great hosts and unique penthouse!!

Great Stay

We stayed as 2 couples to see the Olympics. Great Neighborhood with lots of restaurants bars. The apartment worked well for us with lots of space. Our hosts were great - very easy to communicate with and addressed all our questions immediately.

Great balcony and cute place

Good location and we had a great stay. It is a beautiful place with a lot of charm. The layout was very cozy, it worked well for 2 couples. One item to note is that there’s a lot of stairs to get up there, so carrying up 4 large bags (plus others for bulky ski equipment) was tough.
