Value for money is definitely a huge advantage of this hotel. Less than 15 min by car from the airport and has a mall within walking distance. Staff was ok. Room is big enough for a night sleep before taking your flight the day after. Room is well sound proofed too. Only downside is that it takes a bit long via public transport (need to switch in between) so getting Uber is the most efficient alternative.

Great stay at easy hotel Paris CDG

Quick and efficient chicken with the front desk attendant, they were even very kind enough to get us in early. Hotel is quaint, rooms are small, but enough room for items, I wish they had some more built-in cabinets into the walls to store things or more shelves, but we made it work. Bed was very comfortable, pillow was a bit bulky, but the other one was a bit softer, overall had a great stay here at easy hotel, Very close to the next-door mall, which was outfitted with anything you would need, plus the dining options were great. Airport is only 10 minutes away via Uber.

No cancellation.

Never made it to the hotel due to cancelled flight. Asked if they could do anything on this - refund or credit but gave nothing, even with second night cancelled before arrival. Very poor.

Disappointing First Impression Due to Rude Recepti

Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately tainted by an unprofessional and rude interaction with one of the reception staff. Although the hotel policy clearly states that check-in is at 3 PM, we arrived at 2 PM after being informed earlier that early check-in was possible for an additional 20 euros. However, when we asked the receptionist about it, he was busy on his phone and dismissively told us we could not check in early—even with payment—and to come back at 3 PM. There was no designated waiting area, and with many guests waiting around for rooms, we were left standing. When we returned to the counter at 3 PM, the same receptionist told us to come back after another 30 minutes. When I asked why, his response was extremely rude: "No why. Because I said come back after 30 minutes, so come later." There was no explanation or courtesy. Thankfully, another receptionist, who was much more polite and professional, allowed us to check in at 3:10 PM. This kind of attitude from the first staff member is unacceptable in hospitality. While the rest of our stay may have been fine, first impressions matter, and this was a poor one.

This is a good place close to the airport. Plenty of restaurant options at a mall that is walking distance (couple of minutes). Rooms are pretty small and symple. First staff at the front desk was not very friendly, but the second person at the late shift was super awesome and helpful.
