The Space:
Apartment located in one of Paris' most exclusive districts near the Eiffel Tower. You'll feel safe and secure in the heart of this exceptional district.
This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a smart TV.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV and a double sofa bed,
- two bedrooms with a queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- a washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

Getting Around:
One of the best things about our stylish apartment is how easily accessible it is from various points in the city. Whether you're arriving by air, train, or car, getting to your cozy retreat is a breeze.

From the Airport:
Charles de Gaulle (CDG): A direct RER B train will take you to Denfert-Rochereau, from where you can hop on the Metro Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle Étoile and get off at Pasteur. It's a short walk to the apartment from there.
Orly Airport: Take the Orlyval to Antony, switch to the RER B to Denfert-Rochereau, and then Metro Line 6 to Pasteur.

From Train Stations:
Gare du Nord/Gare de l'Est: Take Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge and switch at Montparnasse-Bienvenüe to Line 6. Get off at Pasteur.
Gare de Lyon: You can take Metro Line 14 towards Saint-Lazare and change at Bercy for Line 6 to Pasteur.

By Car:
While driving in Paris can be a challenge, there are several nearby parking options if you're arriving by car. Public parking facilities are situated within walking distance of the apartment.

Included Services:
Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €350 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility. We would like to inform you that work has been in progress at our neighbor's since October 30, and will continue for 2 months.

Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
