So much more possibility but the lack of maintenance attention and customer response took away from our overall enjoyment. Simple to correct. Repair the ventilation cooling, towel dryers and rooftop patio lights. Upgrade towels and buy a bathmat. Don’t cut corners on small essentials. Respond to guest text messages as suggested, ideally quickly but certainly within an hour.

Good location, very convenient for long stay. There are several supermarkets nearby, plenty of food places too. Rolm cleaning every 2 or 3 days should further enhance the quality of stay . Very recommendable !

Lovely modern, clean, spacious apartment immediately off the Champs Elysee - perfect for the start of the Marathon! Metro station 5 minutes away so ideal for getting around the city.

The room was great, had everything I needed, very functional. Incredible location, everything is a short walking distance. Abdel was an AMAZING host, very attentive, he went over and beyond. I will stay here again!

Great price, great location, great room

Really great place to stay. The location was amazing, modern apartments, and lovely staff service. I arrived extremely early due to my flight but Abdel was super accommodating and i could use the communal lounge area while my room was prepared. Good space room, the little kitchen was great and just what was needed for a weeks stay. Everything was clean and well put together. There is also a lift which is a rare thing in smaller Parisian buildings! Would definitely stay here again
