My friend and I booked this property for a 4-night holiday trip to Paris, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.
We were initially placed on the 15th floor where the air conditioning wasn’t working, and to make matters worse, the room had no windows for ventilation. Despite complaining multiple times, the issue wasn’t resolved until the *last day* when we were moved to the 17th floor. We were told the AC in this new room had been checked and was working — but when we returned around 10:30 PM, the room was unbearably hot and the AC wasn’t working at all. When we called the reception, we were simply told the AC wasn’t functioning throughout the hotel and nothing could be done. Completely unacceptable.
The management team was also incredibly rude and dismissive throughout our stay. We had booked the swimming pool for one night from 10–11 PM and received a confirmation over the phone. But when we arrived, they claimed no booking was made. The receptionist was not only rude but also racist — an absolutely appalling experience.
This place might seem like a good deal, but trust me — it’s not worth the stress, discomfort, or lack of basic hospitality. Upon checkout, I spoke with the manager, Margaux, who promised to follow up with me, but I’ve yet to hear back.
Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
