The staff is super disrespectful, the least helpful. The property is good but it clearly shows lack of management and that it’s still new and they are not good at what they do. The manager was super rude and couldn’t understand the basics. We spoke in english and had to explain him the same thing 4times for him to get it wrong in the end.

I stayed here for 3 nights on business. Overall, clean and functional hotel. It is fairly new so they still have some teething problems and need to work out some kinks. But I had 2 rooms and both were clean, showers were hot and AC worked fine. Didn't get to use any facilities as bar was fully booked and restaurant closed too early for us. Not ideal if you want to have drinks after dinner at your hotel as there is nothing in the area.

Although the hotel looked very nice. Their ac was not working and it was really hot in all rooms to the point where we could not sleep. The hotel manager wasn’t available to discuss compensation and there were no fan’s available to use and barely any help was offered to us for our stay. To get ac they downgraded us on the second night to lower floors even having paid for higher floors and did not pay the difference. Many other guests left the hotel this night for the same reason

Beautiful hotel and clean. 30 minutes from tourist attractions on train. Our AC did not work the entire stay and we asked multiple times to have it fixed. Sweated every night. The pool is super small and you need to reserve to use it which is really inconvenient.

My friend and I booked this property for a 4-night holiday trip to Paris, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. We were initially placed on the 15th floor where the air conditioning wasn’t working, and to make matters worse, the room had no windows for ventilation. Despite complaining multiple times, the issue wasn’t resolved until the *last day* when we were moved to the 17th floor. We were told the AC in this new room had been checked and was working — but when we returned around 10:30 PM, the room was unbearably hot and the AC wasn’t working at all. When we called the reception, we were simply told the AC wasn’t functioning throughout the hotel and nothing could be done. Completely unacceptable. The management team was also incredibly rude and dismissive throughout our stay. We had booked the swimming pool for one night from 10–11 PM and received a confirmation over the phone. But when we arrived, they claimed no booking was made. The receptionist was not only rude but also racist — an absolutely appalling experience. This place might seem like a good deal, but trust me — it’s not worth the stress, discomfort, or lack of basic hospitality. Upon checkout, I spoke with the manager, Margaux, who promised to follow up with me, but I’ve yet to hear back. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Modern hotel that falls short in too many areas

This was a business trip to a hotel I have visited a good few times and is indicative of my various stays. Good - clean, modern and perfectly comfortable However, for such a great building there are so many small issues that just add up to pull down the experience

The room was clean, spacious, and adequate. I liked their minimalistic approach. It was on the 37th floor, so the view was enjoyable. The area around the hotel is lively with a Metro station directly in front of the entrance. Trip to airport is convenient at 20 minutes. No room service beyond closing hours. Safety around the hotel is questionable. Overall, a good experience.
