All the above plus 2 fire alarms at 9:20 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Being on the 3rd floor with no elevators and a person unable to navigate stairs. Also, the staff was generally clueless. Recommend you remove this from your list, it will reflect poorly on your company.

The staff was nice ! Everything was good but the breakfast was not tasty also if you are foreign and can’t stand extreme temperatures the AC would be an issue my room had no heater and I was sick. Everything else was good the transportation was worth the stay

Recently renovated hotel. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff & nice breakfast. Beware there is a €6 charge for the shuttle bus. It’s located in a hotel compound area so limited activities.

The room was in good condition but: - it was very hard to find the entrance of the hotel & one had to carry heavy suitcases down stairs or a side path - there was no underground parking contrary to what it says on line - there was no restaurant on site contrary to what it says online. Had to order a Uber heat which arrived one hour later & cold - felt like one person was in charge of everything (desk, snacks, cleaning) - in short: overpriced, & over rated: do not go there to finish a nice trip

Shuttle service to airport could be better - there is no shuttle to the hotel from the airport, and going the other way incurs an extra cost. Dinner was not memorable. Otherwise the hotel is very new and in great condition.
