Disappointing

Really disappointing and certainly not a 5 star hotel. Staff weren’t very friendly and did not tell us that the sauna was out of service. Simple basics you’d expect from a hotel weren’t present such as fridge in the room, full length mirror. There was dust and cobwebs in the room and the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable - there was a ditch in the middle of the bed where two singles were joined together. The jacuzzi spa was lovely, but does have to be booked in advance. Expected more from a hotel of this price point and have stayed at much nicer hotels in Paris for less.

The rooms are cozy while being a good size for Paris and the beds very comfortable. I also loved my little balcony. The staff was very helpful and polite. They offer a breakfast buffet but no in-room dining. They did accomodate me by bringing breakfast to my room on request but I got the feeling this was not a typical thing for them. The hotel is well located within walking distance of many dining options, shopping and Line 9 metro. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel, noisy neighbourhood

Very nice hotel , great amenities. We enjoyed the private spa and the cozy room with balcony. BUT we couldn’t sleep because people were shouting in the street in and off from 2 am. The mattress was also a little on the soft side. I would recommend but not on weekends if you re a light sleeper.

The hotel is in a great location and is strategically near two metro stations. The staff is very courteous and helpful at every turn. It is also walking distance to a lot of tourist sites like the Louvre and the Opera house.
