Lovely hotel - a few minor tweaks needed

Lovely comfortable hotel, felt quite new, lovely decor and style. Deluxe room quite small, large bed but huge chasm in middle. Could have done with a mirror in the bedroom for drying hair, and a fridge, and milk for the coffee, water and coffee being replaced, and teabags and milk. Sliding door to bathroom lacked privacy and no fan so bathroom steamed up. Pool needs to be booked but is really lovely, as is sauna, but steam room is not ready yet. Central and peaceful location

Great, but not €100 deposit

Very nice hotel, good location, but they took €100 off me at check in for deposit, and I have not been refunded. I am having to fight to get it back. Not cool.
