The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were excellent. The front desk staff had a few employees who were unfriendly. When we went to check out, they charged us for 3 days of breakfasts. We told them that nobody told us it was extra and I even asked a front desk staff who responded yes it was included. So they discounted to two breakfast, which is very poor customer service. Additionally, during the initial email inquiries about booking , they called me “Mr.” after I said my wife and baby were traveling with me. I’m a woman. After correcting them twice, I still get marketing emails addressed “Mr.” This is very concerning re their lgbtq awareness and acceptance. In contrast, we stayed at another hotel in the same area and they 1) communicated clearly when we checked in that breakfast was not included and 2) addressed me and my wife properly in all emails. So, it’s not that hard.

Highly recommend this great hotel and area

Lovely and clean, polite staff and free coffee machine use, the hotel is near a bustling area of restaurants etc, with a great vibe for people of all ages. Buses and trains are round the corner which go all over Paris.

Small but perfectly formed.

Like a lot of places in the centre of Paris, the building is old and therefore small. Personally, I prefer that to a modern building. The area is bustling and the staff friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy. So all main criteria, met. Happy to stay there again.

The hotel was lovely. The rooms and common areas were very tastefully decorated, clean and in good condition. It was in a very convenient location, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Excellent shower and comfortable beds. We would recommend to anyone and definitely would return.

We had a triple room at the Hotel Mistral for one night. The hotel is located in a lovely area one block off a nice street with lots of good options for eating and shopping. Very convenient and quiet. The check in was quick and easy, the room was in excellent condition with comfortable bedding, good storage, lighting all working, and a wonderful spacious bathroom. We were also delighted with the breakfast with fresh fruit, good assortment of baked goods, cheese and cereal, eggs and sausage. All of the staff at the Hotel were helpful and very kind. All in all a great place for a stay.

Absolutely loved our stay - professional and also homey and welcoming. All staff were kind, helpful and patient. The room was well and thoughtfully appointed - we have stayed here twice now and both nights our room was very quiet. Breakfast was available and tasty, with plenty of fresh fruit, cured meats, fresh baked breads, great coffee. Can’t wait to stay again!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my girlfriend for our anniversary. The staff were polite, very well mannered and courteous, offering excellent options for places to eat, go see and more. The hotel is in a good location, close to several metro lines (max 10min walk) and offers an amazing service for the price. The rooms were not massive but spacious enough for 2, with large bathrooms, a good shower and the long sink making it easy for 2 to get ready at once. Also an open terrace windows with good views. I would definitely go back here next time I visit. 10/10 from me.

The room was small but comfortable. I really appreciated the refrigerator and the kettle for making tea and coffee. The only problem was the shower, because of the hot & cold controls that were very difficult to manipulate. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
