We will be happy to welcome you in a house of 52m2, very bright, duplex, comfortable, with its own garden. You will enjoy the quality of life of the banks of the Marne being close to Paris.
On the ground floor the living room with a sofa bed 2 people (140 x 200) overlooking the small private garden where you will find a barbecue available. A veranda and its dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and dressing.
A room on the floor with 2 beds of 90x200, a wardrobe and a shower.
Possibility of a 5th sleeping on convertible pouf of 80x200.
The house located in a suburban area close to shops and the market (2 times per week).
We will welcome you on your arrival and present you the places. We remain at your disposal to advise you for leisure and travel.
We can lend you 2 bicycles.
We can receive a small pet.
Biker friendly, possibility to park his motorcycle in the yard of the garden.

Joinville le Pont is a small typical town on the banks of the Marne, it is the historic town of 'guinguettes'. Several of which the famous 'chez Gégenne' are still present on the banks of the Marne. Beautiful walks on the banks of the Marnes are to be done on foot or by bike. It touches the Bois de Vincennes and the Interdepartmental Park of Sports and Recreation of Tremblay and its golf of 9 holes. It is at the same time close to the center of Paris (15mn) and major highways that put it 30 minutes from Parc EuroDisney, 45 minutes from Parc Astérix and 30 minutes from Versailles.
To go to Joinville le Pont:
-By the road, exit Joinville Bridge on the A4 motorway.
-By train: Parisian stations. Then RER A towards Boissy St Léger, Joinville le Pont station.
- By plane: the airports of Roissy Charles de Gaulles and Orly are respectively 45 minutes and 20 minutes by taxi.
