This is a beautiful building and due to this being a high end hotel, it is very expensive. The bedroom was comfortable. I loved the decor of the room, the mattress, the sound proofing and air conditioning. I liked the house keeping. They were very nice and neat and tidy people. I had to mark this place down significantly as the shower never gave hot or even warm enough water for a decent shower and the water pressure was extremely bad and utterly unacceptable for this price point. Not being able to take a quick shower caused a lot of distress as I was busy and had places to be in Paris. The reception staff were ok. One woman was very nice and helpful. Other than that, they never picked up the phone from the room so I had to go down there whenever an error on their part, not mine, was made. So what do I have to say. You shouldn't be charging these prices if you can't deliver the service you say you can. Lovely building and comfortable bed and air conditioning. Otherwise, highly disappointing.
