You get what you pay for :-(

Nice area and easy to get into the city, but the hotel are old and breakfeast er below standard - very little amount of food ... Looks and feel more lile a bistro than a hotel I also experiend that the hotel missed to delivere clean towels and then even reused towels dispute that i left them on the floor :-(

Kyriad Paris Sud Cachan

A jewel with a great price. Right next to the RER B line, 10 mn to Paris centre and 45 mn direct line to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport. The bus network can also bring you to anywhere in the region Parisian. It is in a vibrant residential suburban town, so shopping for food is not a problem.

Good budget hotel to explore Paris

This hotel was great value with friendly and helpful staff. It's a very good choice if you want to explore Paris from a base in the suburbs to avoid paying city center prices. The decor is a bit worn/stained, but it was clean, everything worked, the rooms were a good size and the beds very comfortable. It's very well located for access to RER trains into Paris and the center can be reached very quickly. Points to be aware of are: 1. the rooms are not particularly well insulated for noise and don't have blackout curtains. 2. The underground parking is good, but the access ramp is very challenging on exit if you have a large car (steep, narrow ramp with tight turn). Overall, I would choose this hotel again.

Second time - One night

Comfortable stay with reasonable breakfast. Staff friendly. Good noght's sleep and went to a Vietnamese restaurant up the road for dinner. Cachan (RER) station just a minute away, so good access from CDG or Gare Du Nord.. 20 minute walk to offices at Bagneux. Good value.

First Time in Paris

We enjoyed our first visit to Paris. This hotel was OK, room was quite small but we think other hotels in Paris are probably small as well, but we don't know. The Metro was just a block away which was excellent for us. A couple of eating places across the street and a pharmacy. The A/C did not work well, maybe they had it turned off for winter, didn't ask. The young lady at the front desk was excellent. She helped us with directions and places to visit.

Excellent value outside the tourist area.

Kyriad Paris Sud was perfect for our first trip to Paris. It is across the street from then train allowing you to quickly get to the center of paris and to the airport. Rooms where clean, bathroom was good size, AC worked well and the TV had few channels but had CNN. Not too many eating places around but the hotel provided (included) breakfast. If you are looking for a a budget but good, clean and comfortable place to stay in paris, the Kyriad Paris Sud is an great choice.

Perfect for a few days in Paris

This hotel was about 15 minutes from the centre of Paris by train (RER B). Not too far out and meant that the price was very reasonable with the added bonus of an underground car park. The rooms were adequate but a safe would be good and even a waste basket in the room rather than just the bathroom. Service was always very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Tip - ask for a room facing the back of the hotel as you can hear the trains from the front facing rooms.

Can,t go wrong.

The hotel is clean, staff is efficent and friendly, close to transportation (very inexpensive to purchase train and metro ticket to anywhere in Paris) and the price is good for lodgings in Paris. You really can't go wrong.

Hotel condition and service doesn't meet the 3 star hotel standard. Room smells bad and not sound- proof. We were woke up by the neighbour running water noise all the time. The stuff were nice and helpful. But they don't speak English. The worst thing was that I lost my new cell phone there. I won't come back to this hotel anymore.

Some of the staff was very helpful. Some of the staff was not. We did not want to return to the hotel after our day in Paris - nothing to enjoy about facility or room. However, room was clean and acceptable to sleep but did not add favorably to our first time visit to Paris. Close to Metro but metro did not start early enough so we had to take taxi to airport. Paris is very expensive. When we do it again we will go further away from Paris in hopes to find better neighborhood and higher rated hotel (ie 4+) or book earlier. One more thing - internet service blocked access to my email and website domains. Had to switch to gmail with help from friends in states. Internet at French airport and other countries allowed access to my domains. Problem was with hotel network.

A good City break

The breakfast was good, to squeeze you own orange juice from fresh oranges. The hotel was reasonably priced and in a convenient position. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean and properly looked after.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the staff my friend and I interacted with were friendly and very accommodating. When I was having problems connecting to the WIFI on my cell phone, the front desk agent did not stop until he fixed the problem. Unlike other hotels I have stayed at that shrug their shoulders and say "tough luck." The proximity to the metro stop was tremendous. You will be a 2 minute walk to the B RER line. Overall, I was very happy my friend and I chose to stay at this hotel.

Clean Rooms, 1 minute walk from metro station.

Hotel is in the outskirts of Paris but it is a 1 min walk from the metro/train station. Train station is Arcueli-Cachan RER-B and it takes about 10min to get to central Paris. If you are coming from or going to CDG airport you only need to take one train which is Rer-B. Rooms were very clean and made on a daily basis. Full bathroom in our room, staff was friendly and very helpfull with directions. The guy that works the night shift is very nice and always willing to help. Across from the hotel there are 2 Asian food restaurants, a small market and a bakery store. Other than that the town's main center is about 15min walk from hotel. there were 2 of us traveling...mom and I and we would definately stay at this hotel again.
